Cedar Plank Salmon

Look for fresh Spring or Coho salmon for this recipe.

This is a great summer barbeque for a family dinner. A favorite of my family, simply soak your planks for at least 8 hours and place the salmon fillets on top of sliced green onions. Brush the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and fresh, chopped dill. Place on the barbeque grill on low for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
